I made a reservation to celebrate my birthday at this bar, because it was an environment that I loved, cozy, I never had a problem, I had always been well attended, but this perception of mine has changed. Me and my guests were treated with immense rudeness by the waiters, it's a pity I didn't ask for the names. I asked the waitress for a glass, I waited about ten minutes and the glass did not arrive, when the waiter appeared I asked him to kindly fetch the glass for me, he was willing, said he would get it, I waited about five minutes again and went I went looking for it myself, the waitress wasn't even in the room and the waiter was propped up on the phone. A while later the waitress returns with a mocking tone, worse impossible, commenting on the situation with the glass, making me and my guests super uncomfortable. After that it got even worse, the waiter every time he served the table came in with giggles, also mocking and when asked to bring my cake, he just stuck his finger in my cake!!! He said he bumped into a coke cap, but as shown in the picture, it's clearly a finger. Anyway, you didn't just lose a customer, you lost more than 15 at once.
