Barnoa Wine Company

Wow, such a huge bummer! Normally such a great experience at this restaurant, tonight they were way, way off their game. I asked for a burger to be rare with no tomato it came well-done with tomato, the brioche bun was not fresh at all. They were completely out of carrot cake dessert by 8 o?clock, our salads came without dressing. Normally such a great experience but tonight definitely not what we expect. We certainly understand everyone?s coming back from this pandemic but this evening was a real disappointment with reservations next week that I will have to rethink. Owner was out chatting to clients he recognized while blatantly ignored the rest of us. Everyone gets things can be wonky coming back but the ignorance of management coupled with mediocrity in food quality is no bueno. A note to ownership-ALL tables deserve a hello and how are things going whether you recognize them or not. There are plenty of us who are regulars, clearly not your personal friends that are fully ignored and not for the first time I might add. Tried to support this small business bringing new friends who have not eaten here. Disappointing at best.

I knew the food in Barnoa was good (we are regular guests), but today we have experienced their brunch for the first time. It was fantastic! Chef Mario overhauled himself with the menu. The Avocado Toast was the best I ever tasted; it comes with a fresh salad and can be supplemented with one side of egg or sausage. Cinnamon rolls, coffee and mimoses made us happy. Next time, we'll try the Lox made in the house. Yum! Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday, 10 2pm

Located in Talega, Barnoa is a great little hidden gem for great wine, great food and a fun atmosphere. I would definitely recommend trying the burger and the salmon for food choices, and Aaron the Trespasser and The Scrapper for red wine choices. Barnoa also has a great wine club that is a great price and gets you some great wine quarterly and saves you a bit of money every time you come in as well!

Great wine and even better food!!! If you are in the San Clemente area this place is a GREAT stop!!! We got the barbecue chicken quesadilla as an appetizer and the acorn squash with added chicken as an entrée. Both weee absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent wine. Delicious food. Friendly and helpful staff and management. Wonderful ambience. No complaints. Great date night location.
