Up date on my experience: Manager reached out to me and I went back to eat here again...They gave me extra fried rice and one appetizer for service. I am happy that they tried to 'satisfy ' the customers. Food is delicious after all ... Will come back here cause my kids love their fried rice. The food is pretty good but the portions are very small. I 'm a petit woman and don 't eat much..but the only complain I have is that large fried rice is small portion. I ordered 2 large size fried rice and 2 noodles but the portion was so small. I paid dinner price for it and I was disappointed and made me even get 'angry ' when I open the fried rice dish but it was a to go order...: if there 's a size in food between small and large, it should be 'large ' but it 's labeled as large but regular portion fried rice. Literally small size is a kid portion. I called and told them the situation but it was so difficult for them to give me a small size fried rice on credit for future order. The waitress had to confirm w the manager etc... I told them I would understand to get a lobster dish to get confirm from the boss but it was just a fried rice .. It would not cost much to make me a 'happy customer ' and make me go back to them over and over in the future... I 'm sure they can do much better business if they had some flexibility by accommodating to my situations like mine.
We went after lunch, and had the place to our selves. The waitress is very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the eggs in the ramen was so good. Nice atmosphere and the price wasn't bad compare to some other noodle places we have tried.
Ramen Setagaya is fantastic. The service good are great. I try to go there every time I go to New York City. Try the vegan tantanmen! You will not be disappointed!
Everything we're here in fort Lee, we come here. Yes it has change. But my favorite dishes are still here. Check them out! Good food and friendly staff.
