Bay Boy Specialty Sandwiches

This was my third time eating here and my husband 's first. I find their quality of food consistently great. I 've never had anything like the bread they use and I love the unique sandwich combinations. I had the jammin turkey twice but, to my surprise, it doesn 't seem to be a regular item. There is plenty of food in one sandwich. The cookies here are incredible as well. For now, I recommend ordering ahead and picking up but it looks like they will have a dining space soon. It took about 25 minutes for our order to be ready when we placed it around 11:00am so plan ahead or plan to hang out. They were nice too.Vegetarian options: You can make a custom sandwich or vegetize the ones they have. They offer a veggie sandwich and I actually got the jackfruit sandwich which is very good but on the spicy side.Parking: We were able to park right out front in a 30 minute limited zone. Lots of cars came and went and some seemed like they couldn 't find a spot super close.

Can pay with insert, tap, or cashapp.Ordered the El Jefe, their Cubano sandwich. Quite filling with chips (all kettle chips) and a soda (all in glass bottles). The balance of the sandwich was okay. My taste feels that it relies too much on their mustard. It was a little bit too overpowering and when tasting the ingredients like the pork on its own, it would need better seasoning as it tasted bland.The service was great. The workers are cool, listening to music as they're making sandwiches. Took about 10 minutes from ordering to get sandwiches. Had trouble getting napkins as all the containers were empty and tables were filled with crumbs.Bus your own table when finish.Had an N64 which is cool. Was very chill. Would come again if in the area, but wouldn't drive more than 20 minutes for it.Parking: It was okay. Parked down the chill on the same street.

I just recently had a sandwich here, I think it was called Peaches and Scream and WOW! I loved trying turkey since I recently stopped eating vegetarian, and the candied jalapeños, PEACH JAM! a bottle of peach soda It rocked!

Bit hard to park sometimes so we ordered pick up and just grabbed it from the ground floor walk up window. Our order was ready in just 10 minutes. AMAZING flavors!! Hands down the best sandwich in Kansas City!Food: 5/5

They said nobody compared to them in Kansas City and after having that hot pastrami I agree the best damn sandwich in the area. Thanks for bridging the gap between the bay and the KCMO
