Bbq Chicken - Tisch reservieren

I ordered with the chownow to pick up and the order was wrong. they gave me cheese sticks instead of cheesling, which is a chicken taste. I called immediately, but no one took off. I kept calling, but they didn't take an hour. I contacted chownow customer service and they could not reach the restaurant either. the person from chownow told me she will let the owner e-mail and know me about the progress. I guess the owner has never replied to the e-mail since no one contacted me by chownow for 5 days. not to make young people mistake if they are not willing to provide customer service.

one of the best Korean fried chickens, probably better than bonchon (and I love bonchon). it is a very cool and lively place where you can hang with friends. they even have board games to pass the time during the waiting. would they recommend?

After 20 minutes and 16 mice, they have misunderstood the order (ordered, but they gave me wing). they were okay, but not very sharp or tasteful.
