Beeches Brook Outside Inn

Been here a few times whilst on my holiday. The older woman with short light hair is absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful. However the large woman with dark hair is extremely rude and has been on more than one occasion, she clearly can't be bothered. She made us breakfast in the afternoon the other day but today she told us she doesn't make them after a certain time when she served us later last time. When we did have the breakfast the other day she said she won't be happy if we don't eat it all. This place serves food all day but she disappeared at 3 the other day because she couldn't be bothered and we were told to come back at 4 so we had to come back later when the nice woman was working. Today I wanted a pie but before she even knew which one I wanted she said well I don't know if i have any them of course when she checked she didn't have the pie I wanted. We spent ages looking at the menu so why didn't she tell me before what items werent available? If you want to try this place I'd recommend going when she isn't working!!

We go to the outside inn everyday while we are on holiday, the Large lady (Kelly)is the most loveliest person you could ever meet as is the older lady (Sara)that works in the evening. I have never k own Kelly not to be bothered with the customers as she is very customer focused, if Kelly was cooking then that would take presidents over anything as don't think the owners would be very if the place got burnt down due to serving people. There are times when you run out of food and are unable to get it delivered in time for the next time the bar is open. This could happen anywhere at anytime. You can go to a pub in the UK and order something and they don't have it. This is a little pub with only 1 person working on each shift I think k it would be quite hard to serve, cook and have time to know what you have or haven't got. I would recommend this place to anyone at any time day or night I disagree with what you have written as this could happen anywhere.

Best little bar in the town, great food and amazing staff, we’ve been in everyday! We came 2 years ago and Sarah recognised us, we’ve recently got married and after telling Sarah she gave us a glass of fizz on the house, always feel so welcome! Can’t wait to come back!

Thanks Kelly for your hospitality. We all had a lovely afternoon eating, drinking and watching the England game. Time ran out so quickly on our holiday otherwise we would have visited again. See you next year.

Best place in this part of Tenerife for an English breakfast. Very good.
