We had reserved a few weeks beforehand, and once we arrived we were shown to a table for 8 people (even though we were 6 people). I informed the waitress and she took away the two extra cutlery’s. Once we finished the first wine bottle amuse bouche we were asked to change tables because they made a mistake. After refusing to move we were shown out and put on the blacklist of the restaurant. In other words the customer service was very disappointing and instead of finding a solution they showed us out and the manager did not offer his apologies for something that was clearly their fault.
For me one of the best BeefClubs/Steakhouses in Europe! The meat is tender as butter and with the BigGreenEggGrill each piece gets wonderful smoked and roasted aromas; Compliments to the kitchen! With their charming and professional service, Natalie Carmen make every visit a highlight super thank you also for the great wine advice and the luxury brown bag (no food waste, great! The interior is simply magnificent and underlines the noble ambience. My wish list... the whole thing again in the same style and with an outdoor grill on the terrace.
First class and very friendly service. The meals were excellent. The taste of the meat prepared on the Green Egg is simply superb. The conversations with the sommelier, super recommendation. Erstaunliches Essen. Toller Service und Ambiente. Eine Erfahrung. Kommen Sie früh und haben einen Cocktail in der schönen Hotelbar (live Musik später). Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Feine und zarte Küche und die erstaunlichsten Steaks (wir hatten die Tomahawk). Sehr empfehlenswert
