We regularly, weekly, call in for lunch on a Friday. Its usually fairly quiet. There is a lunch time menu with a good choice. When you arrive you are welcomed by the person on duty, today it was Tom, and taken to a table. Any drinks order is taken while you take time to look at the menu. Our meals today were gammon, chips, mushy peas, fried egg and pineapple and vegetable and chicken skewers with chips and salad. It was all nice and hot and superbly presented. Tom served our meals in a cheerful manner and with a smile on his face. Tom was very professional in his dealing with us. The restaurant well presented, the tables are properly set and everywhere is clean and tidy.

Excellent food, tasty and well presented. Our Friendly waitress Jo was very attentive and pleasant. Good variety on the menu too.
