We first went here 5 years ago and were blown away with the service, ambience and the food! We've been visiting ever since with our first daughter and now our second. We've found ever so slightly that the service, food and ambience has gone down hill. No candles lit on tables, no small talk from owners, served by either husband or wife when the latter speaks very little English so can be difficult. The prices have not changed much but you do get relatively small portions. £10.95 for spaghetti bolognese is very reasonable but you'll need a pizza to buff it up a bit.

We popped in here for a lovely lunch whilst having a day out in Shrewsbury. Really nice place and good food. Unfortunately our little boy became unwell but the staff were so lovely and understanding it was very much appreciated, thank you for your kindness! We'll definitely visit again the next time that we're in Shrewsbury.

Busy night in Shrewsbury Town centre , we had not booked but managed to get a table .Great food wine friendly service. Good prices too .Excellent risotto! We will be going again for sure .

Called In for coffee but when we saw the menu we had to have lunch! Amazing food and such friendly staff. An absolute gem! We will definitely go back. Wish we’d discovered it before!

Beautifully homemade Italian food. Friendly atmosphere and service in the heart of Shrewsbury. Excellent candles
