after having spent a beautiful morning and a part of the afternoon in this beautiful city, they visited the birthplace shakespeares and walk around them. the Indian brain called for a nice cup of tea with smashed to munch. So we go to this beautiful tee room in the middle of the hiking trails of stratford. near the birthplace of the shakespear. we wanted to experience the English tee, we ordered some and were not disappointed at all with the taste that was really refreshing. even after the day we walk around, we decided to order the scones, although I really wanted to try how it revitalized for me. so some freshly baked skorone had together with dipped cream and strawberry jam .read more
Lovely location but have to say very crowded and not enough staff so service also not great. I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich, which I sent back as to me it didn't look cooked... Informed it was, as temperature was to specification and asked if I wanted something else or what I originally ordered. I said I would try it, imagine my surprise when I got the sandwich I ordered (5 minutes had gone by), should have made another one!! My friend ordered bacon and egg sandwich and she wasn't very impressed as bacon was very fatty. We also had a cake, which was ok. Rather expensive for what we got. Next day I will admit that I wasn't very well, make of that what you will
Probably the best fry up I’ve had in years. We both had the large breakfast and I can honestly say, it’s cooked fresh and was not greasy and I can’t remember a better fry up. My wife ate all of hers which she never does. The staff were all amazing too which always helps. We told the lady how good it was and she wasn’t surprised but appreciated our comments. Will definitely come here again once in the area.
Friendly welcome and efficient service; food was freshly cooked and tasted great. Coffee was nice and strong. We had the GF breakfast and everything was very well prepared. Would definitely visit again.
