Travels op the tram for a short hike, the view from the top and lunch. We were rewarded on all accounts. The salad and potato soup were perfect. The roaring with bacon and egg was the best we had in town crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside! The service was typical Swiss not bothering you but prompt when askef. So overall, very good service, terrace environment and typical Swiss comfort food
Dies ist an der Spitze einer Seilbahnstation, wo normalerweise Sie nicht sehr gutes Essen erwarten. Dieser Ort ist die Ausnahme. Ich hatte das beste Rösti mit Speck und Ei, das jemals in meinen vielen Reisen in die Schweiz hatte. Sie müssen hier zum Mittagessen stehen!
Auf unserer Wanderung über den Gemmipass blieben wir auf der Gondel nach Kandersteg. Die Terrasse über die Berge ist fabelhaft, die vistas atemberaubend. Aber lasst euch von der grimmigen Kellnerin runter. Das Essen war gut.
