Bertucci's - Tisch reservieren

Had a bit of a mix up with picking up my order as I have a pretty common name some unfortunate miscommunication. Came home with somebody else 's diner but the ladies working up front went above and beyond sorting it out when I called them back. The pizzas are good, definitively one of the better ones in the area. Certain pieces were a bit too oily, but it didn 't take away too much from it overall. Pretty sure I 'd like to dine in sometime as the interior looked warm and homey. Didn 't catch their names but a big thank you to the ladies up front!

Reliable good food and service, slow execution for pick-up orders. This restaurant has been a reason for us for years, price has banned too many visits of course. But the food was always at least good, sometimes great and exactly what you want on a cold evening. We needed only a few years, but we had to add at least ten minutes to each pick-up time. We have never received food at the time of the order. It is a disadvantage that we can prepare for. Apart from that, I recommend everything in the menu.

Update Jan 2022. Returned. My first visit to 2022. Had the delicious farm salad with salmon again. Best pizza and food for the money. Usually good service (not always). The location in Springfield looks more mature staff and this is great. Pizza and meals from the wood stove delicious. Very reasonable. Farm salad with salmon is very good. Very recommended.

A very special thanks to Mr. Bill Ross, you and your staff are excellent phenomenal!! I really appreciate everything you made it a special and fun experience. I recommend this establishment great staff, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere.

Wasn't with Bertucci for years. Lucky we left today. The pizza was good and so was the service.
