After making a reservation on OpenTable because there were 7 of us, we arrived and they seemed surprised that we were there. The host, who I am not sure if he was the manager, never welcomed us but just looked at us and we were not even sure if he worked there-that's how awkward it was. After being seated, we ordered drinks, which took over 15 minutes to be served. We ordered food and it was nice that they asked if we wanted to be served all at the same time but I think this caused a problem with the food because the chicken wings weren't warm, the salad was wilted, and the tortellini was toasted on the bottom of the dish making it hard to eat. The service was so slow that we had to go say something about being served faster because we were headed to a show at NSMT. It was a pricy night for not having exceptional service and the food was just ok. We are hoping our next visit will be better!
there was no hostess and only a waitress for a busy Saturday night. I had made a reservation before our show in the theater for a party of five including 3 children. a kerl clearly not a waiter member, or a host said too bad, he said sitting opportunity. only come first serve first. long story short, we have one table when I had no idea where I should go and I had the kids. the service was very slow. just a waitress. it was not a pleasant experience. eating was cold and not very good. I don't blame the waitress at all. she did her best, but was overwhelmed. we gave her 20%, but that's it. I had avoided this facility because of personal problems.
I gave a star, not because of the server, she was wonderful, but because of the fact that we waited almost ten minutes to sit when the restaurant was practically empty. there was no one to put us. while we ate a few people, they waited at least ten minutes for placement, and when nobody helped them, they left.
The food was excellent!! And considering there were only 2 servers the service was very good. We weren't in any hurry so it was fine for us.
