I was so disappointed at this place. First of all, the woman working here were rude and unprofessional. I could barely understand the woman taking our order and she had very dirty hands/fingers long nails with visible dirt under them. She took money from us with her bare hand and then gave us a cup from behind the counter with the same dirty hand and stuck her hand inside the cup. The order came to over $15 for a bottle of water, 2 bagels and a small coffee. The iced coffeetasted like sugar, milk and water. We tried iced tea instead and it was even worse. It had to be thrown out. The bagels were good but definitely by not worth $5 each. Needless to say we will not be returning here again.
Place is great, but would you guys mind asking if people want their sandwich or bagel cut, please. Personally I LOVE my sandwiches or bagel whole. If you guys do come and stop in this shop, ask for the everything bagel toasted. I do not know why , but it taste SO GOOD! Better than Dunkin, better than Price Choppers Homemade. Update: 08/07/2019 08:56 I had to drop my rating down because I asked not to slice my BLT w/egg and they sliced it anyway, I kept fumbling with mysandwich too keep it together. So with this being said, the ONLY thing favorable was the bag of Lays Chips. I also asked for extra onions for my wife's sandwhich and it was like 3 pieces of onion. Highly disappointed today.
They never open there always closed even when store hours says otherwise one Friday I went there at 1pm and door was locked employees sitting around outside smoking and said nothing to me no one was inside and they were all getting into cars to leave as I did yet hours said they closed at 6pm horrible place
Purchased the Breakfast Bundle. The bagels were wonderful, especially the cheddar!! Service was a bit slow, as the person was alone working the counter and drive-thru. She was very pleasant though. ????
