Binh Duong - Tisch reservieren

Busy and buzzy, though small, restaurant filled with young people....if you do not book then you probably won't get in (although we were lucky).....apparently they are packed out every day....just what is this restaurant trying to be?....it is not Vietnamese street food nor Vietnamese haute...cuisine...it is in the middle and I really can't make it out...so, what was good?...the nems were good (but any self respecting Vietnamese restaurant would have good nems and the wine (a Fronsac) was good with a fair price.....but what about the rest?...the encornet a la plancha was awful at it was not a al plancha (defined as a dry dish), second it was not encornet.....just a few pieces of rather rubbery calamari in a sauce combined with onions and carrots.....my wife's brochettes were OK....my piquant Marmite was rather miserable in portion size being rather tasteless and not piquant in any way....and the waiter forget the portion of nouiles saute...so, if you are a youngster trying to impress the girlfriend/boyfriend with food that does not really deliver along with other youngsters (essentially because you have not experienced anything better) then this is the place for you....otherwise there is a better place in Pessac that might not be so elaborate but really delivers in the quality department that is better monetary value..... .

If you like western style Vietnamese you may need ok but for us the whole experience was only improved by friendly focused staff and owner. My prawn crab salad starter and beef saute grated overly sweet and after would difficult to eat. Other food looked...similar. Obviously popular owner very interactive and has many locals who use i think. This was our second visit. Probably won't goo back.

Excellent home made meals, cosy place and so kindness service, if you like that kind of food, you really come and eat, you should book too, a few days before coming, if you do not, you should wait for the last service.

Please correct information of working timetable because we arrived with kids Saturday lunch and found that it doesn’t work.

I was able to reserve my unit within minutes and received the confirmation email almost immediately.
