HOMEMADE AND QUALITY DRIVEN. A temple for food lovers. The over-Swiss owners welcome you with kindness and love for food and terroir. Lyon oriented kitchen with some other bistro side steps. Much respect for tradition still very 2022. From snails to Chateaubriand beef, by green salad, perch fillets and baba au Rhum. Amazing wine list that will satisfy everyone, from nature sulfite free wine freak, to classic hunters or budget conscience connoisseurs.
Just had the most wonderful meal at Bistrot du Boeuf Rouge. Sirloin steak with blue cheese dressing and an incredible wine to go with it. Even better was the outstanding welcome and service from Pascale and her team. You feel like part of the family and they are genuinely happy to be there and make your meal special. If you haven't been, you simply must go!
