Bj's Brewhouse Mcallen

Delicious beer menu....big variety of entrees.... several types of seating...and attentive waiters. BJs was always a great place to eat for us. I've been with BJs several times and finally decided to put pen on paper or finger on the phone? The one appetizer that never fails are the bread bowl soup options. Absolutely fantastic. I have tried the tomatoes / basil, chili, broccoli cheddar, and the tortilla soup options, each one equal filling and tasty (also my personal leaves are the tomatoes and broccoli options). The bread is perfectly roasted with a delicious taste of garlic with every bite. Every time I visit BJs, the bread bowl is a MUST. I tried the wings... the deep plate pizza... the pizza... Each individual dish has a depth of taste. It tastes fresh, each individual ingredient shines and the flavors are not complicated. I like her seating. When you enter, you can see different sections and each section produces it own ambience. There is the bar area with all the TVs for the night drinkers who might be a bit loud. Then the single-seat stands for the couples past a section. Then the larger cabins / tables for larger groups. And then you yourself have a side where it is obvious for families with small ones. It's very well thought out. Your beer menu cannot be compared... their beer options are the perfect additions to their meals. The beers do not feel separated, but part of the meal. I drank two 8% glasses and left the feeling... good amazing. High quality ingredients...diverse menu... responsive environment... this is a must if you're from McAllen or just over.

Extremely understated, but they do a great job to take care of everyone. Food and drinks were great. And they are able to take up the stroller seat. Had a beer flight and a Margaritas flight. In any case you recommend going and enjoy the food and drinks. Thanks to the manager for checking us. Cam back on 11. November for Veterans Day they had complementary meals for active service and veterans that were much appreciated. I was helped by Jacob, he was great and had great recommendations I enjoyed the drinks he recommended.
