Black Bear Diner

I always have sat at the counter, which I enjoy. Service should be better seated at a counter than it is here. It's okay, former ScramBowl lover. However, I've witnessed this item go downhill since they opened this location. I'm not sure why they never toast my English Muffins either (3 times in a row). They are gross untoasted, I wonder if the cook would like his that way. I'm probably done here now with so many other breakfast options nearby, and many let downs over many visits. This location doesn't hold up to many other Black Bear Diners I've been to traveling.

Always love coming here. Everyone is super friendly and they are super patient. My grandma came with us the other day and they were super sweet with her and took the extra time to let her order exactly what she wanted. Tony came by the table to check in on us when the waitress was busy and even took the time to have a conversation with her even though they were super busy.

They need to take pride in the food. The biscuit and gravy was a disappointment. I sent it vack once and it came out the 2nd time just as bad. The biscuit was a rock. It made noise when I tapped it with my fork. Horrible!! Everyone else was satisfied w the food. Nothing to write home about.

This was a great place all the way around. We needed to be in and out with in a hour mind you we had 16 of us and let me tell you they was fast with everything and the food was still AMAZING! Service was still AMAZING! I'd go back again..

Not only is the food at this diner good, but the servers are amazing. One server, especially Mary, is a wonderful server! She serves us basically every time and is amazing at her job! She's nice and very accommodating!!
