Blaze Pizza - Tisch reservieren

My daughter and I are highly allergic to gluten (celiac disease). I had heard that Blaze takes great care with people with allergies, so we went to this location to try it. I informed the staff that we are allergic to wheat flour and she wrote a big Aon the paper. They proceeded with wiping down the pizza press quickly with a towel. Slightly concerned there because that didn'tseem clean enough for me. While we waited for the pizza the pizza boxer guy put his regular cutter inside my pizza box to reston the paper. When the pizza came out of the oven the guy took the pizza off the special rubber mat with the same peel as allother pizzas. He also never changed gloves which he used to get the pizza into the box. Not happy with the very likely crosscontamination at this location. One thing is the unavoidable allergens, another is having a staff that doesn't care aboutpeople's allergies.

Good ingredients, but very chintzy on the topings. Literally they put the smallest amount of topings humanly possible. Most of the pizza was bare. For $14 for an 11 inch pizza, you would expect a generous portion of toppings.

First time trying blaze, got the green stripe pizza. Has flavor, you can taste the cheese and pesto, but the chicken pieces were so small. Overall it was good. Maybe I’ll create my own next time.

My husband and I love coming here to eat pizza.. I'm not really a pizza person, but blaze always brings me in. The quality of pizza here is over the top. I enjoy every slice

I love Blaze pizzas. I like their cauliflower crust and range of veggies.
