I will be very genuine and honest! This place is fabulous, elegant , refined, delicious , modern , and they have a very friendly team ! The waiters, and all the crew are amazing ! The restaurant on a moored boat concept in this formerly industrial, newly gentrifying part of the town is a very, very good idea. Congrats to the city and the owner for the effort. The food is interesting and tasty and light on the stomach. I particularly appreciated the chef 's lemon flavoured sauces. The service is quiet and efficient and the staff charming. Their white wine Puilly Fuissé is a memorable one. I 've already been there twice and will definitely go again. Impatiently awaiting warmer days to try out their terrace! Great addition to Strasbourg 's restaurant list.
This is a perfect place for a fine dining. Cosy, with a short but very well constructed menu. Desserts were excellent and we had some wine selection from the bar which was great
