We were barred from entering because we were foreign, despite the sign outside saying We welcome all countries of origin . We visited as part of a group of Europeans and they said our IDs weren 't valid because we weren 't from the US. Whoever was in charge that night said it was a police requirement to have passports if you 're foreign which just isn 't true, and we weren 't stopped at any other bar on Main Street.

refused to let us in because we had valid ids that were not US IDs. they asked for the identification of this government we were foreign exchange students from europa. we were all clearly over 21 and with one of us 35. so much for the sign outside, that says we accept all the countries of origin. 1).
