Boardwalk Vegan

The food is absolutely delicious and entirely vegan, but the service is poor. They are logistically confused, operationally challenged. Example: I ordered food via Slice app. The app alerted me that my order was ready ~30 min after placing. So I drove over to the restaurant and went inside to pick up. There were a couple employees inside who saw me, made eye contact, and ignored me. I waited a few minutes and then got someone’s attention and told them I was there to pick up my order. They said, “Sure, I’ll check on that.” Ten minutes pass. I asked again, this time a different person because the first person had disappeared. The second person says, “Sure, I’ll check.” 20 minutes pass. I ask a THIRD person. Same deal. Finally I get my food 40 minutes after arriving, 50 minutes after the app said my food was ready, and 80 minutes after placing the order. It’s really too bad, because if they had any sense of management and control over their operations I’d get takeout from them all the time. But I’m not about to wait outside for 40 minutes again while they prepare an order that was supposedly ready nearly an hour earlier. I recommend trying this place because the food is excellent, but pay for delivery and order two hours before you want to eat. Updated from previous review on 2022-10-19

We were on the way to a show in the traffic, but decided to eat here on a dark cold rainy night. We called ahead, and they had our food ready for us to sit and eat so wonderful! White pizza, mozzarella sticks like I used to get at Red Lobster, and a very traditional and great caesar salad would not be recognizable from animal variants. The owner came to check us and was very sweet. We ordered more things to take home, wings and cheese steak, plus our remains. There was a lot of takeout here. People in this neighborhood are happy. I think this could be a successful franchise franchise across the country. I can't wait to taste more of her thin crust pizza. Your cheeses are incredible.

Food was excellent. Service was wonderful. My Hubby took his non-vegan father. He loved it. He had the Super Scooter Smash are every piece. Hubby had the cyclone (Chesesteak) the freshly made lemonade. I had the Spicy Seagull. All dishes were great and had great taste. It was nice that we could get old, seasoned fries. Really a great experience. We wanted to try the pizza. I have the Great White. It was AMAZING! Updated by previous review on 2022-12-03

We wanted to try their white pizza and inferno frits. Both were very delicious! The pizza was not fat, and the frits on the frits were perfectly cooked. There are so many options on the menu, it's great. I can't wait to try more.

A fantastic concept restaurant that can imagine any kind of vegan fast food. The price is always worth the portions!
