Boba Beans Bistro

The service could be better. I think it's weird to ask for a tip before you even get any service. I have left a tip 99% of the time despite the fact they never pick up my plate off the table or provide me any service once I get my food. If we're expected to tip people for simply making our food (although we pay for the food) everybody should be tipping everybody even going through drive thru at Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, any place that fixes your food.The person in front of me in line did not leave a tip but got her food delivered to her table and the staff picked up her plate when she was done eating. I saw them also do that for a couple of other customers. No, it was not busy at the time and no they had not been waiting a long time for their food. They had all ordered just before me and they got their food in a timely manner so they were not being extra nice because of the wait. I have never received any extra service despite going there almost every day and leaving the tip therefore I will be no longer be leaving a tip if I return. I guess you get better service if you don't leave a tip. Today I went there and I asked for a large drink that I paid over $7 for yet I get a little more than half a cup of juice . She had already put ice in it and after noticing it was barely more than half a cup of juice....she proceeds to fill the rest of it up with more ice. I did not pay $7 for a cup of ice. If you see you didn't put enough juice in the person's cup give them more juice don't short them and fill it up with ice.

We had went today for the first time to try this place and at first walking in everything was fine then the cashier lady was acting like she dosent what she’s doing, my order was “mango fruit tea with extra boba and mango jelly” she gave the drink with no boba and extra mango jelly I asked for a remake and she didn’t even put any boba in it and gave me some type of poppers instead , the drink was very nasty and it took her about 10 minutes to make it because she was too busy chatting with a dude possibly her boyfriend and kept getting distracted and stopping. At the end of it all we got a refund and threw the drinks out. I won’t be coming back.

Best place for boba!?!!!! Very comfortable seating!(8 yr old's review)The atmosphere is warm and inviting, prepare to be pleasantly surprised upon walking in. Prices are reasonable, service is fast and pleasant. There's even a quiet area for young children to play with toys and seating. Would recommend coming here as a family or a quick stop in before the gym or the hiking trails! It's lovely!

I love this place! The classic Peach is my favorite and their food is amazing too! Friendly staff and great ambience.
