regarding your response to my 1 star i wanna let you know that that girl was really rude to me. $100 bill is still money. i didn’t ask to break it. i wanted to pay for my order. and it is not my fault that you didn’t have change. i usually pay by $5, $10, or $20 bills. but she rudely told me that there’s no way i can seat inside of the cafe and doing my college stuff which was very critical because i had deadlines. this is not ok and not fair to your customers. i was willing to pay. and even though you don’t have change you definitely should not kick clients out of your facility.p.s. your conclusion about this situation is ridiculous. like “To retaliate like this against your neighborhood cafe for a sensible policy is unfortunate”. i also can say to you “To retaliate like this against your customers for a sensible policy is unfortunate aka kick out customers from the cafe because they want to pay but you don’t have change” is RUDE!p.s. you should care more about how your customers get treated and how they feel after visiting and less about the 1 star.
