I wish I could give a 0 star for the experience that I have had at this place. I’m originally from Atlanta and came to visit a family member and decided to stop at this bojangles. That right there was my worst mistake yet. This manger Alison, or at least that what she told me, I’m not sure if she gave me a fake name or not. But she was not only rude to me but also her employees. My order wasn’t fully correct but it wasn’t a big deal to me so I asked if she could fix it and she proceeded to ask me “why?” I told her it wasn’t what I paid for, so she looked in it and said “well you actually got more then what you paid for so you should be happy”. Then she proceeded to get mad at an employee at the register when she didn’t even make my food !! Like if you want to get mad at someone get mad at your kitchen line but not the person who took my order and actually took my CORRECT order. I feel bad for the people who have to work with her and might endure this type of thing everyday
The food was fine, but my rating is solely based on the people working the drive thru. Any questions were rudely and impatiently answered. At one point, my order was over and total was given while I was still actively giving my order. The experience was aggravating and very annoying. They wonder why there's only one or two people in line, if that.
Management absolutely needs to pay more. These kinds of wages in 2021 are absolutely unacceptable. Employees seem to be trying their best, but it’s understandable why service is slow and they have trouble keeping up with lunch rush. Management owners should be ashamed. Avoid eating here until this is fixed.
The Cajun chicken biscuit was my favorite, but the cookies and Gravy were so good! Loved the hashbrowns! Coffee could be better, but that's why I didn't go there. The service was fast, although only the trip was open.
