Bombers Bbq - Tisch reservieren

Today was my first adventure to the new location I 've eaten at their Munster spot in the past and it was decent. I ordered the brisket burnt end sandwich 4oz portion with sweet potato fries and a bottle of tea(just over 18). I tipped on top coming in over 20 for 1 person! Astronomical pricing for the lack luster quality of food I received. My friend ordered fries and the nachos with a fountain drink as well after tipping over 20. Definitely not a spot if you 're a family on budget going to dinner. Be prepared to drop some . Upon receiving my food at the window. The bun appeared to have very fatty chucks of what looked like pot roast. At most places this would be chopped brisket or just chunks of the point served as under cooked burnt ends. I confirmed with 2 people in the kitchen thay these were indeed their version of burnt ends Taste, lacked on smoked and all around very chewy and full of fat, very similar to a fatty pot roast. Not typical burnt ends I 've had before with a caramelized texture full of seasoning and flavor full of smoke. My friend said her nachos were far from what she had seen on the FB page, and mainly cheese and very little meat. But if you leave them a 5 star review on Google you 'll get a free desert.......

Plenty of room in the family style dining area. Jabcob was friendly and the food came up faster than expected. The smoked chicken wings were tender, while the Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread was think and flavorful. The turkey breast had a peppery rim and was also tender. Everything was self-serve in the condiment and to-go area and we didn't have to go back to the front counter to ask for anything. They even had a small sink with soap and paper towels conveniently located in the dining area. This eliminates making trips to the restroom for this need. Unfortunately, the smoked chicken thigh was too salty. Jacob said it was smoked and deep fried. The chicken thigh was also a lot of cut up skin and very little meat.

I went to Bombers on Saturday evening. It wasn't too busy. The staff greeted me and explained some items on the menu. My friend and I ordered Several items and they were all good. We ordered chicken wings, rib tips, chili, cornbread, mac cheese, ribs, brisket. All the food was tender and good. This BBQ, tastes a little more commercialized in my opinion. Still good, just easy on the seasoning. The restaurant was bright, and clean. The food prep area was very organized and clean as well. They have 4 sauces to choose from for your food as well. I'd definitely use the sauces to add a little more flavor.

This is a hidden gem in Munster IN. As soon as you walk in you can smell the smoking BBQ goodness. The staff here are super friendly and efficient. The decor is really cool but over the top. They have a hand washing sink in the restaurant so you can wash your hands without going to the restroom and after you have dug into your BBQ amazingness you can clean up. The prices are really affordable at any budget in order to experience the different types of meats they have. There are a lot of great spots in Munster, but this is a must visit. At times it can be very busy, but it's worth waiting.

I have one issue with Bombers and that's portion size. The food is typically flavorful, customer service is awesome, but the portion size doesn't match the cost. I paid a whopping $27 bucks for what's in the photo. I ordered the two meats and had a piece of cornbread.
