Today, I decided to dine at Bones as I was craving some fish and they have never disappointed me in the past. However, today was a different story. I'm not sure if they used a different batter or a different brand of catfish, but both my daughter and I found our fish to be tough and difficult to separate. I have never experienced catfish like this before. I have been to Bones several times before, but today's meal really let me down. I feel like I wasted my $12.
