Boston Market - Tisch reservieren

Ordered takeout. Got two dinners. Rotisserie chicken with broccoli and potatoes. Small amount of potatoes. The gravy had no flavor and was watery. Was craving ribs. Got a call ten minutes after placing the order that they were out of ribs for one of the dinners we ordered. Given the choice of chicken and turkey to substitute. The guy who called didn't sound pleasant or mildly helpful or sorry. Ended up getting white meat chicken because we were already getting dark meat chicken with that dinner with side of potatoes and sweet corn. The white meat chicken was not to appetizing to look at the way it came on the bone. The dark meat was one leg only. They still gave us BBQ sauce even though there weren't any ribs and the garlic sauce we got with the dark meat chicken was pre put on the chicken leg. Loads of small med size rib bones (seen in top of container) from the white meat after picking the meat off to eat, and for the price.. we were dissatisfied and disappointed.

If you ever want a home cooked meal, but you do not want to cook it, this is the place to go. We go here a few times a week and the food is always fresh, excellent and hot from the oven. Meat and chicken are tips. Sweet potatoes, potatoes and corn. Fabulous Caesar salad, creamy spinach and fresh vegetables are much healthier options than the typical fast food with French fries as the only choice. And made at home, hot chicken soup available year round is exactly what the doctor ordered. The staff is wonderful, efficient and hard working. Muhammad and Shakiri are 7 days a week, because like everyone else, they can't hire enough help. The food is excellent, the prices are incredibly reasonable, the store is clean, and the staff is over and above courtesy. You can count on ALWAYS high quality, healthy, genuine food. Please support this local business. I don't want to lose our neighborhood Boston Market.

Boston Market has been thrilling since 1996. This photo is probably 8-10 years old. Good food, bad nice people. I ate Boston Market in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Jersey. My favorite Fast Casual eating place hands down. Please bring Tortellini Salat back? 9/11/2022 Update, this branch must be under new management because they are made from Ciabatta bread (never before in the 26 years of food at any Boston Market location), so no chicken car. For the land fried chicken, the severity has the consistency of water and the chicken was so. Next time, get Papa Gino's next door or head over Quincy to D'Angelo. There is no Boston Market on Cape Cod (I was told that it was there) where I live (where we drove) so I was looking forward to the chicken car. Oh, good.

Ordered food. Paid for it online. The employee was completely rude on the phone. Said they didn 't have baby back ribs which are 24 dollars I might add for a full rack. He calls me to say they don 't have them and offered me items half the price. I wanted a refund so I could recreate a new order and he refused to do it. Told me I had to talk to the headquarters which is absolute b.s. Their website doesn 't even give you a number to call or a way to get a refund. It 's a complete sham and a cheap way to screw people out of money. Never ordering here again. I 'll be filing a dispute with my bank and if I have to I 'm going to report them to the FTC.

Chicken itself is good. other menu and page options are meh. nice and courteous staff
