Boston market is extremely unorganized and incompetent. We placed a holiday order online this Thanksgiving and when we arrived in the store, they still did not maintain our order and it was not paid. When they finally found it, they said it was not even paid EVEN, although we showed them that it had already been through our bank process. My husband had to pay AGAIN over another card. When we called the catering line to ask if they have taken our order since the store had it, the costumer interrupted me rudely and said it was. When I checked my bank account, the customer service calculated my bank ANOTHER time. That is why we were accused three times for the same order. After I embarrassed my husband in the long line saying that it was not paid, they finally gave us the order. Now it has been almost 2 weeks, I have submitted 3 complaints with catering to my money for the 2 additional costs (corresponding to $216 by the way) and I have not yet received any refund. Not to mention the company number they gave me has no actual representative to answer. PLEASE has repaired this Boston market. That's ridiculous. Inflation is bad and now I lost over $200 that I need back.
