Following your response, I am modifying my comment and my rating: I confirm that I find your products rather qualitative. Concerning your winter closure, it would have been more judicious to explain to the population in advance the reasons for your closure and offer alternative solutions (at least a bread drop-off and order taking). This would undoubtedly have limited the anger of the residents and the collateral damage (Tag your window). I wish you a happy end of the year and I hope that a lasting solution will be found for winter 2024.

My favorite bakery on the Ile de Ré but at Christmas very very disappointed with the bread and pastries I had some sweets they were really not good. I would still go back because to err is human but very disappointed especially at this time when we expect quality to be served at the table.

Overall very good however disappointed by the size of the portion of flan, there are some huge ones and some ridiculously small ones in the end it's the same price. And guess who stumbled upon the ridiculously small...? A heresy for the gourmand that I am!

Excellent quiche, excellent morello cherry clafoutis and the brioche is killer. Warm welcome, we made our purchases this afternoon and received very good advice. Come you will not be disappointed. Thank you for the quality of your products.
