It was by asking the excellent restaurant Le Café du Midi de Vans the address of the baker in which they had bought the bread served with the meal, that I discovered the bakery La Mie d'Ailleurs. In any case Farid made a bread whose mere smell brought me back more than 50 years, when I tasted the extraordinary rye bread that my grandmother bought and of which she enjoyed us. As for the croissants! Never eat such a delight.
