During our stay in Crans Montana last weekend, we visited this bakery 3 times. They have several location, but we always went to the one Close to Coop, which looked the biggest and had a wide selection of pastries. On our first try we had...a macaron and a carac (I think), which were OK but nothing to actually try a second time. In the following morning we had some croissants, an almond croissant and a caracol. They were all flaky, very buttery and flavorful, definitely good and as I like. Afterwards in the day, we had an eclair and something with a French name, similar to an almond croissant; both were really good and we devoured them with pleasure. Overall a great place for a tasty treat, prices were OK for me and we would definitely go back next time we visit the city.
Wir waren zwei Tage in Crans und haben diese Bäckerei besucht, da wir Bäckereien lieben und sie definitiv die besten in der Stadt sind. Wir probierten Croissants, Caracol, Nussschnecken, Vanilleohr, Zitronen-Ingwer-Croissants, Blaubeeren, Zitronentarte und deren Eclair. Das Gebäck war unserer Meinung nach nicht so gut wie die anderen Backwaren, aber auf jeden Fall ist das Angebot groß und recht teuer. Wenn Sie Süßigkeiten mögen, ist dies sicherlich ein Ort, an dem Sie vorbeischauen sollten.
All the ingredients inside are really not good from the roast-beef sandwich to the veggie one. Always dry bread !!!! Unfortunately taillens was better quality in the 90’s. Even better when it used to be a food truck!!! Now they are big and it’s an...industry. Price quality definitely doesn’t match !
Hardened by the amazing display of cake bakery items. No disappointments. Service was friendly, not always the case in Crans Montana. We had a light lunch and of course cakes all lovely. Would definitely go back.
