I highly recommended this restaurant! Not because of the yummy food but also the integrity of the staff! We went there yesterday and when we're done we overpaid the service fee as we didn't notice they already added it in the bill. Just because we feel their food are so good plus the service was wonderful. Today when I rechecked the bill and found it we paid 18% extra on top of 20% I called them and see if I can get refund. The thing is we live far from Albany and cannot go back to get credit for next visit. The manager immediate refund me via Venmo. This is unexpected and I'm thankful for what they are doing. So the only I can do is to leave this 5 star rating here to encourage more people to visit them. Thank you!
Left Bowl'd feeling satisfied and happy! Ample parking, fast seating, and good service. Went with the kimchi pancake today and a soft tofu soup with seafood and rice cake; the creamy broth was rich and comforting, and needed after a long week. We also got the fish cake kimbap seasoned perfectly. Can't forget the banchan, especially with fresh seaweed! Love bringing friends here for a casual lunch or early dinner in Albany before walking it off on Solano Ave. Will definitely be back!

I haven't been here in many years. I've been wanting a seafood pancake for a long time. Not good. Dried out, very little seafood and not much flavor. The steamed shrimp dumplings were terrible, soggy, an embarrassment I won't be returning.
