Martial is an artist, his Brasserie Gilbert's is made up of a myriad of creations that range from light and refreshing blonde beer to old-fashioned brown beer in Caol Ila whisky barrels, passing through the amber redhead, the IPA etc. It's a treat to taste these wonders by listening to Martial tell the stories of his beers.
