we ordered a plate of times fat to 19€. Then, probably, to a mistake in the kitchen, we received liver foam from a supermarket. Well, we've put jam on manure, it won't taste the truffle. We tried the xxl burger to eat it, we had to take out the steaks of the bread. Besides, the burger's bread was too grilled, and was blacker than anything else. This dish should be sold in double fried steaks. This would avoid spoiling bread and would cost customers less. We tasted a chocolate mousse worthy of a canteen, sold at a golden price: 5€, on the pretext of having added whipped and bursts of almonds that were not reported on the map, that we did not eat because we hate it.We also took a salmon entrance and a salad in platter. All for the 75,10€ model. all for products worthy of a school canteen.

this restaurant wins the prize of the coarseest place where we went in two months. Yes, we've been on a tour in france for two months and have had only positive experiences. until now at the central brewery. we were almost next to an airbnb and would have loved to stop us here frequently in the course of our 5 days in epernay. but not after the first experience with older women (owner?). Too bad because the location is really good on champagne ave. every time we pass in front (at least twice a day), the place is empty and now I know why. There are many better restaurants in town with friendly staff.

this little restaurant wins to be known. the reception is nice, the service well insured, the choice is varied and for all tastes. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kitchen and the rich content of our plates, combining traditional, local or original dishes. a step to be remembered close to the city center with terrace and view of the flowers and gardens of the city.

Very good brewery. from the reception to the plate is the top. always well received, the dishes are good and copied, the prices are correct. the service is fast and careful.

Delicious foie gras. and more than tasty pure net. simply delicious. Well at the price. Not weird around the corner of the champagne street.
