I had a good memory of this brewery and last night I came out really disappointed with a totally impersonal welcome, a dish served when the appetizer is not finished, an andouillette supposed to be flambé au genièvre..... without a juniper and a dessert without interest € a gourmet tea!!! the bosses were absent and this is regrettable you have to straighten the bar ...
The welcome is pleasant. The dishes are rich and excellent (gambas darts at the top). small flat the cooking of the chicken scalope, a little too cooked. but compensated by a very appreciable commercial gesture. we'll go back without worry and we recommend the place.
No bad surprises. a quality hotel with comfortable and soundproofed rooms. Classic breakfast but of quality.
