Last time I ordered, I had no issues and the food was great . But this time, they forgot an item completely. Ordered a Individual Brendel's Bagel with cream cheese, but it's missing. And that's what I really wanted, so reordered and had to pay extra just to get what I originally ordered. Please pay more attention to complete the orders properly. Thank you!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. 1st, you would expect a really good fresh bagel on a Sunday. No such luck. 2nd, I ordered a grilled chicken on a pumpernickel bagel. That's what I got with no condiments what so ever. 3rd, I paid extra for Avocado. No avocado. 4th asked for Greek salad. Got a macaroni salad. 5. Pickle was excellent.
They always follow specific directions, I can never go wrong ordering from them. Perfect iced coffee, perfect wrapping. I love them
