I tried this place for the first time, my girl wanted to try her shaved ice, which was not bad. What I was not satisfied was the service and attitude. I do not expect to be greeted with flowers and a party, but I did not feel welcome or comfortable. The cashier did not greet and as we looked at the menu, we did not get any help. I just have a nasty face at the gum like it wasn't tomorrow. I'm not bringing my business back.

Literally, my tongue froze to the roof of my mouth. But in all seriousness, this place was a gem. The flavors were so diverse and unique that I couldn't decide which one to try first. I felt like a kid in a candy store, except with shaved ice. The only downside was that I accidentally brain freeze myself into forgetting the name of the shop.

Came on Thursday and they had light out, it was 10:05pm went inside (doors were still open) and two employees were cleaning one with blue hair they said they closed at 10pm, while online it says 11pm..horrible service and time management. You need to fix communication and times.
