Not good staff disengaged with their customers no eye contact an I couldnt care less attitude, food not good chips are overcooked near enough everytime I have been there and full of bad bits, staff to busy talking to each other instead of engaging with their customers and watching the food while their cooking it. I go back every now and again hoping it 's going to be improved, so disappointing. I did phone to complain on one of the occasions because when I arrived home opened the bag up it was shocking, for staff to actually bag that up hand it to a customer and think its appropriate is disgusting, it shows how little the staff actually care, at the end of the day it is your customer that is keeping you in your job. I feel for the owner because when I did phone to complain she apologised offered a reacement and seemed genuinely upset by the complaint. I think maybe a lesson for staff on delivering excellent customer service and care of your product as well as customer Engagement instead of yeah what do you want it has put me off ever going back which is sad for the owner if other customers feel how I do Thankyou for your reply, I don 't remember exact dates but its hard being the owner reading these reviews, It 's grossly unfair for staff to understand deliver the best customer service they can its your reputation on the line I appreciate your response. I think a bit of training on delivering customer service and upholding your standards and reputation would definitely benefit them. Because they will end up destroying your business, what they need to remember is that you pay them a wage their not in there working for nothing. Your reputation is vital to the survival of any business and to their job security, they would do well to remember that. I wish you all the best I hope you get it all resolved.
