I visited on a Saturday between 12:30-1 and it was about a 20-minute wait. The parking is a bit tricky because that lot is tight with speedy drivers flying through. The seating area on the left past the hostess stand was like being in an overflow room at a large church, but not too crowded that I couldn’t enjoy my meal. The service was great and I must’ve liked the food since I ate it all. I ordered the Pecan pancake bundle with scrambled eggs and applewood bacon. The syrup had a nice buttery taste and the whipped cream (ordered on the side) really complimented the pancakes. I sampled the home fries from my husband’s order. I only drank water, but joked at first that I would love a mimosa (I mean it was brunch after all). The waitress immediately informed me there are no alcoholic drinks. The checkout was quick and pleasant. This review will help me remember to visit again.
Cute little all day breakfast place right outside the city. Wasn't very crowded when I got in around 1 and I was promptly seated. Jess was my server for the visit and she was quite helpful with recommendations, checking in to see if everything was great and refills. The sweetest interaction was when a couple of old ladies came in and Jess was quite attentive to where they would like to sit, preferences and small talk. Loved the experience, food was great as well and prices were well worth it. Will return for sure!
My girlfriend and I often dine in Brig's restaurant and it's an excellent treat! Of particular note is their "Scrumptious Scrambles "egg dishes, always delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive.
If you are looking for a good place to go have a great and not expensive breakfast Briggs is the place to make sure you can show up early the lines somehow long
