Staff from reception onwards smiles, polite, friendly helpful, nothing a problem. Dietary requirements dealt with expertly without drama. Food Fresh excellent quality, presentation perfect,, taste superb. Breakfast choices and staff exceptional. Room immaculate, clean, warm, everything we could need was provided Inc the important tea/ coffee tray. Beds comfortable. Shower spotless, toiletries provided and sumptuous white towels. Again all round. Excellent. Cannot rate this establishment and its staff highly enough.
