This place is on al.com list of 50 best bbq restaurants in Alabama and it was not disappointed. I had the pulled pork plate and my buddy had ribs. The pig was tender and smokey and I loved the bark on it. Not every restaurant cooked pork, so it has a nice bark, but Brooks did and it added a beautiful text contrast and a slightly more greasy bite. The ribs were ridiculous! My buddy tried to give me one while I kept the bone and the meat slipped off immediately. They were super juicy and delicate and the taste was from the charts! You were seriously some of the best ribs I ever had. The quality of meat is some of the best in Alabama. The sauce was vinegar-based and packed a light stamp, but the texture was gritty, so I used very little of it. The beans were solid and a little too sharp for me. They lubricated a note and were hotly spiced like Cayenne. I finished them, but they were not my favorite. The yellow lawn against it was annoying! I had only Senf based Slav another time and was fine with it, but this recipe is one of my favorite Slavs in the state. I almost ate my whole meal with a bite of bully and pigs. The brown claw and sweet pigs were the perfect addition to each other. This claw is available in the shops around the Muscle Shoals area and I will buy next time I am. I liked it so much. The last page was potato salad and I thought it was very nice. It was harder on the mustard and that was good of me. We also had the pecans and coconuts. The Pecan was good, but the coconut was crazy! The cakes are homemade and the slices are thin and small, but the taste is huge! Besides, they're less than three dollars. The plate in my picture plus cake and drink was less than $14, an amazing bargain. I'm definitely back. Please leave the way to visit Brooks Barbecue. You'll love it!
