We ate here based on a recommendation from the hotel we stayed in. The restaurant is run by a friendly couple with local food on the menu. The steak sandwich - which comes as an open sandwich with a piece of steak that you would be happy to eat all by itself - was €16.90 and well worth it. Two of us went for pasta options and the portions were very generous.This little restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and was great with the children. Menus are in German so you need to know a little to know what you're ordering though Melanie was very helpful if you need to translate - we looked the menu up before going so knew roughly what was on offer. There was also a selection of local wines and beer.Overall our family of four ate for €65.30, which we thought was great, we didn't get to try desert though as we were too full. Would definitely eat here again if in the area.

We ate steak sandwich and steak. The sandwich was excellent and for 16 euros good quality /price . The bigger steak was equally good but a little too expensive. All in all we enjoyed the evening. Service was good. The wine was good. The bill came to 70euros for 3. There is a lunch menu different every day.
