Bruegger's Bagels

The staff is disgustingly rude. Yelling at customers bc one specific lady doesn?t wanna walk around the counter and do her job. She has an awful and nasty attitude. Owner has to be aware as all the bad reviews for this place are about her. If something isn?t done people will stop coming in specifically bc of this one worker. She?s also rude to her coworkers. There?s better bagel spots without the hassle.

The rude staff I've ever experienced. Rude, if I asked what I wanted, and then the lady called me because I didn't tell the cashier I ordered a special bagel when I had no idea. Incredibly rude, will absolutely never come back here and others will not be so well advised. The cashier also ate a bagel directly behind the counter, which was disgusting and unacceptable.

From NY I didn't expect much of a Tennessee Bagel business. But I was pleasantly surprised not only by the delicious Bagel Sandwich (with delicious brisket and jalapeno cream cheese), but by the favorable prices. Everyone was super friendly and my food was ready in a flash. I wish I'd be here longer, I'd definitely come back!

Keeping his offff, but it's okay I don't understand nobody wants to be up there, but these are BOMB, so it's worth grinding up there

Very good service. Big bagels with cream cheese the other eggs and cheese. No interior seats.
