Bucho's Mexican Bar Grill

Today is Cinco de Mayo and I wanted Mexican! This was definitely the place to get it. Buchos is everything they are saying it is and then some. I don't know how many times I drove by it and never noticed it before. I need to start paying more attention for sure. The staff was exceedingly friendly and courteous. They took my order immediately and while I was waiting brought me a cup of their chicken soup on the house. What hospitality! I ordered the three item platter which was nothing short of fantastic. The enchilada was perfect, the tostada excellent, and can't say enough about the chile rellano. Have lived in the area 17 years and this is by far the best Mexican food you will find.

in extreme shock this is the most beautiful “taco” and “quesadilla” I have ever had. that was so salty that I had to spit it out. the queensadilla looked like a damn taco with out toppings. it was not even pressed. I'm totally disappointed. I have ordered from them at numerous places, but it is obvious that they have to have a new cook or something. that was the worst to eat. I wouldn't even feed him to my dog. ruskin has no good Mexican food, just go on and add this point in the lists of NO’s. absolutely terrible, this restaurant will no longer recommend.

Nice place, really clean, friendly staff. Food is ok. Not authentic Mexican food. Soup was good. Taco salad ends on a taco soup.

Lunch today was outstanding! The unexpected chicken soup was delicious. Portions were perfect and the taste was excellent

Bucho’s is our favorite place for delicious Mexican cuisine! the atmosphere is amazing and eating is always so good!
