We had a great time here! The drinks were great, I had an IPA which I thought was delicious. We ordered a few appetizers including the nachos which were a bit lackluster (they only had onions and jalapeños which is pretty sad for nachos lol) but everything else was awesome. We loved the pretzel and the mustard that went along was amazing! I had the spicy chicken sandwich which was great. Others in our party had a beef sandwich, burger, meal nachos (which were much more loaded than the appetizer nachos), and brat. The food was ready quickly. There was a small line to order but we didn't have to wait too long. The brewery is beautiful and you can see some of the equipment inside the dining area. Everything is wooden with some modern touches. Overall we loved our experience and will return if we are ever in the area.
I came here during a lunch break with some coworkers. I haven't been here since they first opened up and it didn't make a huge impression on me. When I walked in this time I was impressed with the restaurant itself. Their menu was short and sweet and I still couldn't decide what I wanted. I decided to go light and get the California Poutine Fries. They were amazing!!! The gravy was delicious and the fries were crunchy. I also decided to get a Blood Orange Sky since it was such a hot day and that was a great selection. The beer came out nice and cold which is just what I needed! I will most definitely need to come back and try out the sweet potato fries and a different beer.
We just attended our first Trivia Tuesday at Temblor. We had so much fun. The place was packed so I'm glad we got there at 6pm. We ordered food and drinks, got a good table, met our table neighbors, and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. I hope they keep doing all of their events, especially during these summer months. My husband has the California Burger and loved it. I tried the California Poutine and ended up sharing it with the table because it was so good. My friend had the pepperoni flatbread and it was delicious and cheesy! Go for the events. Go for the food. Go for the drinks. You really can't go wrong with Temblor.
I haven't been there for many years because I don't live in CA anymore, so I was wonderful to be back. Went with my friend Steve and his family, met some old friends there and we had a blast!! The band Stampede was fantastic!! They played a long series of songs. Everyone was up and dancing and had a great time. The food was delicious and I had a lot of beer. Everyone was so nice and friendly. So fun to see all Bucks memoribia again. I left great memories when my mother and my father went with me for years. So much fun. Loves this place and Buck Owens and The Crystal Palace and Bakersfield. Go there. You'll love it too.
