A star, but whatever. What a bad experience! An endless waiting, with a 3-year-old child! Just 20 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. And that's because we complained. I say we arrived at 11.50 a.m., there was almost no one in the restaurant. The little welcome kit for the little girl was claimed three times, because the wait was long for her who was hungry! Serve after almost 1h!!! My husband was entitled to a dessert with his menu, he didn't want it and preferred to leave. My meat had a burning taste when it was cooked bleeding. When we asked for the little dessert compote when paying at the counter, it's limiting if we weren't even excited to ask for our debt! You had to ask the waitress! Yes, except 20 minutes we haven't seen it in our perimeter! The tables next to us also sparked such slowness. A little lady and her two little children had their drinks after 40 minutes after they arrived! It's a shame! And when we shared our opinion with the person who is probably the manager, she told us that it is exceptional. Uh... similar comments date more than 2 years! It's recurring. A gentleman we exchanged with outside! But of course, negative comments are not taken into account! First and last time in this Buffalo for us! We prefer to go to Vendenheim for efficient and fast service! A tip: renting if you don't have staff, there are enough unemployed! To escape!!!!

The quality of the meat is mediocre for example a beef rating XXL to 26,50 Euro unchangeable cause tendons and nerves present in greater quantity than meat so I recommend you to change butchery. And cheese also because the synthetic roquefort sauce resembling a cheap mayonnaise is just pitiful at this price. In addition 5 minable nuggets fighting in duel with 6 fries in the kid menu I would renomerate anorexic menu. And a BBQ chicken burger served with pickles not included in the recipe and fries ordered with ketchup but also received with synthetic roquefort sauce. Barely defrosted green pups served with demoulated tartare steak served without egg or apropriated sauces. The wine served meal finished so refused. Still a cook who paints a pile seen by throwing a dish on the ground by giving bird names (viewed at the counter by making early settlement We put a star for the waitress who was pleasant and can be absolutely nothing but for the rest we left very disappointed.

Very bad experience... indescribable waiting... 50 minutes waiting for an aperitif... raw veande... Unlike unfavourable responses to comments, the person at the reception was not sorry, she clearly told us that we were not her concern. Thanks for her professionalism, thanks to her, we will never put our feet back in this restaurant again!
