Absolutely dirty place. The smoke side was not updated in JAHRE. Went 4 weeks ago to have a few beers and play some pool. Yesterday back and chalk that was on the rug 4 weeks ago STILL was there. The bar falls apart, the game is SUPER tight, and the area was not really cleaned in years. I've been driving at other Bully locations for a long time, but that's probably the last we'll stop at Galena. The bartenders are mostly great. Friendly and fast with drinks and food. The food is far too expensive for quality and what you get. For any reason every time I order the same, is it different? I ordered food here for the cost/quality flow Tide. Management advice: CLEAN. It is appalling that the same spills and crumbs on the ground after a MONTH are still there. The bar is usually empty - your staff has more than enough time to water the place up. I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I wish there was a Flowing Tide here - they seem to be taking care of investing a little more in their locations than can be said about these bullys. Edit Forgot to add- one of last times I was there staff overserved a woman to the point where she out on the Grosscouchs for a few hours.
My last review I gave this restaurant and bar 5 stars. I cut this bar daily. The food was always good and the service was fantastic. When the manager was moved to the Sparks Store, things started to change. The high-ranking bartenders who provided the best service complained about the new manager and began to finish. The service went downhill. I decided to try it again recently. The latest bartender offers bad service and is rude. I ordered a burger and it literally came with nothing! I ordered this burger here and it always came perfectly with other bartenders. Of the thousands of burgers I ordered in my life, this is the first time I have a burger with nothing on an order. Strange. I spoke to the manager and he has not taken responsibility for the employee he hired and trained. He said he would see it and call me back, he didn't. This is clearly a management problem in this store. Avoid South Reno Bully's. Go to Sparks with a good manager.
Received this. I have no words for how horrible this was. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, but clearly didn?t get what I paid for. Said the best they could do was 10% off my next order. I and my family love coming here at least once a week, but sadly as of now we will not be back. Server?s name was Vanessa and didn?t once treat us kindly, and when I called to see if they could make the pizza I paid for, she was very rude and hung up on me. My whole family heard how rude she was on speaker, all we wanted was a pepperoni pizza. Update. Still have yet to receive a refund or what I ordered. They stole my money and won?t help. 10 percent on a future order is insane for missing the correct pizza on a $70 order.
Pizzas, wings and service were great and on time for my moms 80. Birthday party. We had a party for 30 people, and they did a great job, thank you?
