Called last week to place an average sized catering order (6 trays of food) and was told that they were busy and to call back. I consider myself reasonable so I called back tonight before the dinner rush and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that the big boss required that I personally come in to place the order even though I offered to prepay in advance with my CC! Besides the fact that I 've ordered several times from here, how hard is it to write down an order, calculate a total, and charge the person like every other restaurant that does catering? As someone that has worked in at least three different pizzerias in addition to a half a dozen other restaurants, do you really need your customers to come in to kiss the ring for the privilege of taking their orders? Obviously this establishment would rather not have repeat business or is doing so well they can gruffly pass on a $500 order that would 've taken all of two minutes to take. For now, Buona Fortuna!
Two different times i had been over charged here. First time they wouldnt honor an online ad they were running. Made me look it up on my phone then when i produced it they argued about it. Second. I ordered a buffalo pizza. Charged me 28 dollars. Says on the menu 20. This was during the corona crisis when all other restaurants are giving great deals. The pizza was small. It wasnt even good. Oh. One other time i ordered the weekly special. Got it home i live a mile away and the pizza was like two or three hours old. Hard, and almost ice cold. Done with this place. The inside is very dingy. It looks like a storage closet when you walk in. I wouldnt go back here again if it was free. They consistently are no good
The best Pizza restaurant in East Patchogue area. Mario, the owner cares greatly about the well being of his customers. The food is delicious and this restaurant is very clean. I will highly recommend it to anyone.
Great food we ordered and it was delivered and delicious. And the longer you shop there well let's just say you could end up with some surprising prices. Here's there menu below, there are specials to.
