Many problems at this restaurant. This time, they said to come in for my mobile order. I did an online order for the convenience of not coming in. I asked why and the manager said they didn't have the order ready. So, if I ordered at the window, it would have taken you the same amount of time to make it. Why don't you ask me to pull over and wait? She said cause we don't have to do that. Then I see one of the other employees deliver food to someone outside!! I never got a call back from the previous incident either. Mind you, the other workers agreed with me but have to listen to their management. All that trying to be nice is fake!!

How does BK stay in business!? The service is horrible! McDonald's had about 15 cars in line. I was 3rd in line at BK. And it took 20 minutes to get my food! I drove back past McDonald's and the cars that was in line, were gone! Until BK pledge to do better, we should not spend our money there! Just because BK line is shorter, it doesn't mean you will get served quicker! And if a customer wait that long, please get the order correct!??
The breakfast platter is served with 4 slices of bacon. At this Burger King the manager takes 2 slices of bacon and cuts them into halves. Thus calling it 4 slices, which are paper thin. No other Burger King does that. Burger King owners get your act together. Stop being cheap.
